Salt Series Dry Handpipe
Smooth glass and sea-life ripples are offset by menacing spikes on this original handpipe from the mind and kiln of Salt. A single, spiked, nightmarish tentacle extends from the right side of the bowl, while on the left side the carb hole fits just underneath your thumb. When laid upside down, a solitary eye pensively looks off into the distance, perhaps wistfully dreaming of dark, deep waters where the creature was conceived.
Impressive detail, mottled coloring and a disturbingly realistic eye make Salt's glass handpipe a unique addition to your home and your smoking kit. You may already own a pipe, but Salt's work is truly a collector's item.
This one-of-a-kind piece is part of a series of handpipes created by respected Austin, Texas-based glass artist Salt. Inspired by strange creatures at the bottom of the sea, these mysterious invertebrates appear to see all. Each piece is signed by the artist and never replicated — your pipe is the only one like it.
