A pointed, curling horn drips down from underneath the stem, which features elegant curves and bulges, or "marias" in glassblower's speak. The deep chamber holds water to diffuse and cool smoke before it travels through to the mouthpiece. The sherlock's bottom is flat, enabling you to stand the pipe safely on your coffee table.
